I am determined to attempt a bobotie on my own before the year's out. If the first round goes well, I'll have to host another South African dinner (minus the natives). To make a truly authentic bobotie dinner, my mom (Jennifer) would recommend you use South African curry (Rajah) and Mrs. Ball's chutney.
